Timberline Figure Skating Club
is a non-profit organization that participates in many
community activities. With so many worthy causes TFSC
is going to form a Junior Council. This is a great
way for you to become more active in your community
and in your skate club.
Junior Council will be made up
of a group of skaters ages 10-18. Directors may be 10
or older and Executive directors must be 14 or older.
Directors must also be full members of TFSC.
This is a great opportunity
for skaters to participate in a responsible way in a
service organization with many leadership
opportunities. You will gain meaningful volunteer
service experience and be able to serve TFSC in a
responsible way.

Junior Council Activities
Junior Council directors will
be able to help the community through volunteer work
that the council will choose. Some ideas are

Food drives for The

Volunteering at Nursing
Homes
….many more ideas will come
from the
council as well.
Social Events
If funds permit there will
also be opportunities for social events put on for the
skaters by the council such as Halloween Parties,
Holiday Parties, TFSC Skater Bowling Day and much
more.
